"OK" button does not become active in "Edit Site"dialog till "Location" field is changed. It has to be changed even if it doesnt need to be changed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Select on any site in "available software sites"
Click edit
Change the "name" field
Try to save the changes by clicking "OK"
"OK" button is not active
"OK" button will not become active until "Location" field is edited
