I renamed a package and then selected a previous task context that had a file open from the renamed package.  The context was not updated to reflect the renamed package.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Create a project with a source file in a package.
2.  Create a Mylyn task1 and context and open the source file.
3.  Create another Mylyn task2 and context and switch to it, close the source file editor.
4.  Rename the package with F2.
5.  Switch back to task1 context and note that the editor can't find the file in the old package location.
