- do Discovery > Discoverers > Discover Java and Inventory model from Java project
- select "Open model in editor after discovery"

In the model browser that opens automatically at the end of the discovery, the browsing doesn't work. But it works if you close and re-open the serialized model.

The Java resource was not in the discoverer's ResourceSet like the other Resources.
Fixed in revision 4383.
