Add the autotools feature to the cpp package. It was built for Linux but also applies to Windows and Mac.

BTW, Not sure why I can't change this myself...

Seems to be available in RC1, the org.eclipse.linuxtools.cdt.autotools_2.0.1.201102011614 feature can be found in all MacOSX and Windows Indigo RC1 builds. Closing this bug as FIXED.
