Build Identifier: 

org.eclipse.skalli.target/jetty/etc/realm.properties contains a "user" role, the Skalli web.xml knows only of the "Everyone" role though

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
try to login as "user/password"

I also added some sample users and removed the unsupported digest authentication user.
