patch file for org.eclipse.ptp.rm.lml.da (to version 1.01)

This patch file applies to the plugin called org.eclipse.ptp.rm.lml.da which was initial created from the first attachment (188787) of bug 336956. The attached patch contains the differences between LML_da version 1.00 and 1.01 (attachment 191075 [details] of same bug) and adds following enhancements:
- new processing step: color manager 
- move of some files to the lib directory
- bug fixes
