Build Identifier: Eclipse RCP v3.6.2

While running an rcp application started in the eclipse swt browser, the complete applciation crashing and shut down the browser.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Dowbload eclipse RCP v3.6.2 and install
2.Install ie9 on windows server 2003 or windows 7 
3. build an application that uses a swt browser and start the application to use the browser
