Build Identifier: N201010041800 When installing CCSv5, it automatically installs XDC tools inside the CCS folder (default: Program Files/Texas Instruments/ccsv5). However, CCS will also detect any pre-existing XDC tools installations that were installed separately or by CCSv4 (ex. Program Files/Texas Instruments/xdctools_3_16_02_32). On a customer's PC, CCSv5 considered its current (3.20.x) XDC tools installation and an older, pre-installed version (3.16.x) to be separate plug-ins and activated them both simultaneously. Two versions of RTSC/XDC Tools were listed in the Help->About->Installation Details screen. This caused other plug-ins that rely on RTSC/XDC Tools (ex. C6Flo) to fail. To fix this, we had to remove the older XDC Tools installation so that CCS would not find it. (Will attach logs and screenshots after filing.) Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: I have not been able to reproduce this issue on my PC. (I have multiple versions of the XDC Tools installed on my PC, but have never seen this happen.)

We've tracked this down to behavior of Eclipse P2, the component that discovers Eclipse plugins. It's fixed in CCS 5.1 M5 release.
