We have board approval to dual license the Orion client code as EDL/EPL. We need to make this change in our code.

Todo:

- Document the copyright template to use
- Figure out about.html text
- Ensure all features have licenses includes
- Ensure releng copyright tool can handle different copyright header
- Make change to client source code (JavaScript)

I need some volunteers to help with updating of copyright text in our *.js source files. Szymon/Gosia/Silenio can you please help with the following (or delegate to someone else):
