Before

If I start an RCP application the toolbar in Windows7 shows an icon for the application and the name of the application.

If I does this for an e4 based application I see the Eclipse icon and name for a while before it is replaced with my product configuration. I believe this gives an unnice impression to the user. 

I attach screenshots of the icons. You see first the Eclipse icon and name and afterwards the product icon.

Fixed in Eclipse 4.2
