The Visual Editor component automatically creates run configurations in projects that don't involve the Visual Editor. It is inconvenient to have to remove all of these run configurations. In addition, these run configurations are a nuisance during the creation of unrelated Android projects. I'd like to have the option to disable these automatic configurations.
