Can you provide more detail about the scope of changes you have in mind? I find that's good practice to always provide a description. Summaries tend to change over the life-cycle of a task and the description helps to easily understand the original intent.

When considering task editor layout improvements we should also discuss making the layout more extensible, e.g. through additional hooks for contributions.
