The Mylyn distribution repository for the 3.5 release contains several SDK features but not for Mylyn Commons. It is not included in the main Mylyn SDK either. In my opinion there should be a separate feature containing the SDK as Mylyn Commons itself is a separate feature.

Separate SDK features are now available for each sub-project.
