Custom issue types (e.g. Pruning in jira.springsource.com) not working.  

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an issue in the web UI with issue type Pruning
2. Open it in Mylyn
3. Edit and submit
4. Barfs.
