We need a feature for all incubator projects. The feature will be useful to create a P2-repository from where users can consume incubator projects

Updated incubator feature

The incubator feature extended with: 
* a category.xml to be used for categorizing of the incubator p2-repository
* a readme.txt which describes how to generate a p2-repository from this feature

Thanks for this feature. I reviewed the feature together with Beyhan and we committed it to CVS HEAD into the org.eclipse.rap/incubator/releng folder.
