We should add a tool to the plugin oep.gmfgenextension to add easily the behavior Show/Hide Label.
This behavior is provided by the following EditPolicy : 
EditPolicy key : org.eclipse.papyrus.diagram.common.editpolicies.ShowHideLabelEditPolicy.SHOW_HIDE_LABEL_ROLE
