There are a couple case where the Finish button in the Synchronize page
doesn't enable/disable correctly.

With two projects:
- Open synchronize wizard from Synchronize view
- Check both projects
- Select valid branch for first project
- Uncheck second project
- Finish button not enabled

With no projects:
- Open synchronize wizard from Synchronize view
- Hit Select All button
- Finish button is enabled
