- the add fave icon should right align with the hovering favorite item icons.  (this can be achieved by putting the "Favorites" heading and command icons in a table heading with the items rather than as a separate dom element

- Linda provided some mockup of underlining visuals to help separate the heading and make the icons look more cohesive/aligned

- the table is showing a horiz scrollbar that should not appear.  We need overflow hidden here since the containing aux pane is managing overflow.

fixed all.
