The code was moved from virgo with the virgo package names intact.  This was only a temporary thing while we migrated the code to equinox.  Now is a time to rename the packages before much more work is done in equinox.

I plan to do the renaming now.  The last tag using the virgo package names is v20110418.  I also plan to perform project wide organize imports and code formating using the equinox code templates.  I will also enable format and organize imports on save operations for the region projects.

I released the package renaming changes.  The new code is tagged as v20110419 in HEAD.
