There is a really strange effect when switching selection between a runnable and a template rule. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a generator project
2. Open project descriptor file and switch to Rules pane
3. Add a new artifact rule of type 'Artifact Model Run Rule'
4. Add a second artifact rule of type 'Artifact Runnable Rule'
5. Switch selection between the two different rules.

Notice how the section jumps up and down!
