Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open couple of files in workspace editor area.
2.Try to drag one of the editors to the empty space.
3. You cannot do that.

What "empty space" are we talking about here?

I was able to do this on RHEL6 (en_US) but it was difficult to start the tab drag.

Desktop.I tried again after Pauls comment and it works. It is really
slow though. You have to click on the tab for a good second or two before
you can drag.Marking this as Resolved for now. However it really needs to be
more responsive, close to the windows level.
