[AllDiagram] When a diagram is deleted, the "father" element activity cannot be deleted anymore. The "delete" option even doesn't appear un the contextual menu. Sometimes the "CTRL Z" is even not working.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create an "activity" diagram
2.Delete the diagram
3.The activity0 is still in outnline but cannot be deleted
