I tried to regenerate the Class Diagram, deleting all the generated files and I get some errors : 
In AssociationNodeEditPart : 
	the AssociationNodeDescriptor is not correctly generated (new Point(...) instead of new org.eclipse.draw2d.geometry.Point(...)
	
In the custom-src : 
   CustomContainmentCircleItemSemanticEditPolicy doesn' t compile (because this class inherits from ContainmentCircleItemSemanticEditPolicy which doesn't exist)

In R4483 (correct the bugs) and R4484 (delete unused files).
Patrick, please, could you verify that the CustomContainmentLink works fine?
