[All Diagrams] User should be able to create a port, expantion node, … not only in the header of it's parent such as Class, Block, Structured activity node… The good part is they can be deplaced.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a Block
2.Port can only be added on the header, not the whole block.
