The browser title can be defined in a branding, but browser history entries overwrite this title.
To prepend the branding title to history items, it has to be guessed since the active branding can be defined by a different bundle.

I think we should:

a) state this fact in the JavaDoc of the BrowserHistory.createEntry()
b) offer API to retrieve the default window title, as set in the branding, to be allow developers to include it in the history entry
