ATL launcher does not load refining trace model. This happens if the selected compiler is not atl2006 because it is hard-coded in AtlLaunchConfigurationDelegate.java.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch eclipse with new atl2010 compiler.
2. Launch any refining transformation.
