There are 3 classes named LoggingPhaseListener used in tests
* PhaseListenerManager_Test
* RWTLifeCycle_Test
* threadless life cycle (not yet in HEAD)
These classes should be merged into one.

With a closer look it turned out, that only the PhaseListenerManager_Test could be changed to use the LoggingPhaseListener.
Changes are in CVS HEAD.
