I couldn't reopen the bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=242621 .

I still got this issue in 4.7.2.

.log file says:

Trying to reproduce. I assume this appears with a clean workspace?

To be honest, I didn't try it with clean workspace (I will), but I used  "All in one" package of TPTP and IAC doesn't start.

Works for me using tptp.runtime.allInOne.win32.win32.x86-TPTP-4.7.2.zip on Vista 64, Java 6 and a newly created workspace.
