If a table layout is set up with ColumnWeightData and the resulting table gets a vertical scroll bar then one also gets a horizontal scroll bar because the computation doesn't take the vertical scroll bar width into account.

We should add API that allows to tell the TableLayout to reserve the space for the vertical scroll bar.
