The macro definitions in the project properties seem to be ignored by the C preprocessor in Photran 7.  It looks like the UI changed between CDT 7 and CDT 8, so I'm guessing some internals changed too...

This works as of 5/17.  I assume something was fixed in CDT HEAD.
