This is to pick up security fixes from Tomcat 6.0.36 and to fix a documentation problem in the user guide.

Gemini Web is upgraded on the 1.1.x branch, but I have not attempted to ripple this up as I think the ripplor script may need surgery to cope with the combination of 2.1.x and 1.1.x branches for Virgo and Gemini Web. The releaselor script will probably need similar surgery.
