I've fixed all these problems and opened bug 342745 against ECF to address some dependency related issues we are seeing. I believe it is due to incorrect bundle manifest headers.

Pascal, these were the problems that I mentioned yesterday that still needed to be fixed. I've fixed them in HEAD.
