Description Wayne Beaton CLA 2011-04-12 17:12:51 EDT
The proposed changes to the Bylaws mention an annual "Community Report". This notion replaces the previous requirement to produce a roadmap (I intend to reuse that section in the EDP document). I believe that some elements of the roadmap belong in the community report.

What, specifically, goes in the community report?
Comment 1 Mike Milinkovich CLA 2011-04-18 15:19:45 EDT
The annual community report will certainly contain information above and beyond what is generated from the projects and the Eclipse Development Process. So don't aim for any sort of exhaustive list.

In my rich fantasy life, a one page written description of the recent accomplishments and future goals by top-level project would be what I would want to see in the community report.

Per discussion with Mike, we have decided not to include the Community Report in the EDP. It will remain part of the bylaws. Marking as WONTFIX.
