Reproducing steps:
1. New a custom category of CC1, add "test" as it's tag.
2. Select "Deep Copy" from CC1's right-click context menu.
3. Deep copy it to the same folder as CC1, open the copy of CC1, it's tag of "test" disappeared.


Reproducible: Always
