"Attributes" and "Statics" view are always empty when analyzing an IBM phd heap dump.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an IBM PHD heap dump
2. select an instance
3. look at the Attributes view, which is empty?

IBM Portable Heap Dumps do not contain field names or primitive field values, so the Attributes and Statics tabs never contain data with a PHD file.
