In class diagram or block diagram, when attributes are displayed they contain multiplicity by default.
That is expected behavior except for cases when lower and upper bouns are equal to "1". In that case, we do not want to see the [].
ex: String rather than String[1].

I am using 0.9.2.v201303220454 version of the papyrus. I think the problems are still there, i.e. even the multiplicity is "1" it still display the [1].
