In Eclipse we have main menu "Project" and very useful and often to use function "Clean..." so it should be in easy to access place.

Proposition: Please copy such menu to popup/context menu over project(s). 

A lot of plugins(m2eclipse, compiler, ... ) works fine only after such operation - project clean. Fix is simple - but it will improve usability a lot.
