If additional processing needs to be done to handle information in the response, it's impossible to add it to the right place in the existing logic without copying large complex methods, so it's necessary to support handleSaveResponse and handleLoadResponse to make such additional logic easy to add.

The changes are committed to CVS for 2.7.
