Redesign task editor header to show common information like summary priority and completion state so that this information is always visible at the top when the editor is scrolled vertically.

Created attachment 214212 [details] prototype Simply does what you see in the screenshot above. Adds the summary section to the common header but doesn't remove the summary section from the body of the task editor. If we get some interest in this we can look at how to re-architect the editor to support this naturally.
