The following behavioral improvements should be implemented in AbstractPreferenceAndPropertyPage:

* When AbstractPreferenceAndPropertyPage is used only for project properties, i.e., AbstractPreferenceAndPropertyPage#getPreferencePageID() returns null, the section showing "Enable project-specific sections/Configure Workspace Settings" should not be displayed.

* After having switched from project properties page to workspace preference mode page or vice versa, the link for switching back in the opposite sense should no longer be displayed. Otherwise a theoretically endless series of project properties and workspace preference dialogs would be the consequence.
