In my Error log I Frequently see:

Category org.eclipse.wst.xml not found for view org.eclipse.wst.xml.ui.views.annotations.XMLAnnotationsView.  This view added to 'Other' category.

Category org.eclipse.wst.xml not found for view org.eclipse.wst.xml.ui.contentmodel.view.  This view added to 'Other' category.

I have:
 WST XML Core	3.3.0.v201010070622-7C7OFchF7RZHQLIePtMmWd	org.eclipse.wst.xml_core.feature.feature.group

  WST XML User Documentation	3.3.0.v201007311522-50FYwAkF7B77UBZFDBL	org.eclipse.wst.xml_userdoc.feature.feature.group

The XML Category seems to oddly enough be contributed by org.eclipse.wst.xml.xpath.ui not from xml.ui.

Category is now created in xml.ui instead.
