Description michaelb.winkler CLA 2011-04-06 12:51:49 EDT
Build Identifier: M20110210-1200

An internal Exception occured during push: http://egit.eclipse.org/egit-training.git: 500 Internal Server Error

I solving the EGit/Gerrit training "egit-training". The mentioned error occurs in step 6 of the 2nd exercise "Push your Commit to Gerrit for Code Review". I tried pushing my changes at least 5 times without any success.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import the egit-training project into Eclipse (clone)
2.Configure Push URI (like in exercise 1)
3.Create a local branch
4.Do some changes.
5.Commit the code. Use a change-id
6.Push the changes using command "Push to Upstream". --> Error occurs.

Could you retry ? As egit.eclipse.org runs on a tiny virtual server with limited resources it runs into OOM issues from time to time. If this happens again let us know on the egit-dev list then we'll restart the server.
