When using "Generate Custom Entities" dialog, the UI becomes unresponsive if the number of tables to retrieve is huge. I think a background process with a progress bar at the bottom of the dialog should help keep the UI responsive and to let the user knows the tables are being retrieved.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a JPA project
2. Right click on the project and select JPA Tools->Generate Entities From Tables
3. Create a DB connection to a DB that has hundreds of tables.

Result: The dialog is unresponsive for a while.
