The legend text on the pie charts for eg Top Consumers is truncated at the width of the image. It would be good to add hover text to display the full legend  text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open sample dump
2.Run Top Consumers report
3.Text in the legends, eg classnames is truncated and therefore not usable

This patch adds tooltip/hover help to the pie chart legends.
