I2003-03-07

When selecting a launch configuration, the dialog resizes and grabs the whole height of the screen. However, there is much free space within the dialog so there is no need  to have it that big. This behavior is especially problematic because the dialog may reside under the dog which makes it impossible to click on debug, cancel etc.
