See also epf-dev discussion with John Allen. This problem is caused by Ruby 1.8.7.

Rails 2.0.2 isn't compatible with ruby 1.8.7 - Rails 2.1 is the first version that was. 

I'll investigate upgrade of EPF Wiki to Rails 2.1 or higher, maybe Rails 3.

EPF Wiki has been upgraded to Rails 3 and Ruby 1.9.2.
