Many eclipse.org pages are not displaying, including things like project plans. Some examples:

http://eclipse.org/projects/listofprojects.php
http://www.eclipse.org/projects/committers-alumni.php

All these pages say: "Unable to connect to the database server at this time."

Trying to view a project plan just displays a blank document. For example:

http://www.eclipse.org/projects/project-plan.php?planurl=http://www.eclipse.org/eclipse/development/plans/eclipse_project_plan_3_7.xml
