The dropdown-arrow in toolItems is layouted incorrectly in IE. When the item is hovered it is shifted to the bottom of the item.

Fixed in CVS HEAD in MultiCellWidget.js.

It was the well known ie-box-height-bug. Not sure why it did not occur before.
