Update libhover for 0.7.1 to match the functionality in Indigo whereby the glibc libhover plug-in includes the libhover binary data.

git cherry-pick should work well here to grab the commit(s) from master.

Thanks, that worked fine.  Fix is in stable-0.7 branch.
