Our test suite launch configs tend to pick java 1.4.2 if it is installed (I run with 1.4, 5, and 6 installed).  But we can't launch with 1.4.2.

I'm bumping all of our test suites to an Execution Environment of JavaSE-1.6

Released.  Just a note, this doesn't effect BREEs of the plugins themselves, nor does it effect how the automated tests run.

Just the launch configs used by default in our workspaces.
